Week 2 : Day 2

I was still in prep A. They started class with a French lesson to discover an animal : le perroquet. They were drawing a parrot step by step.  

Then, the Literacy started with the sound "ai" ou "ay". 

In Numeracy, the had to solve a problem. "How many fingers and toes are in your family ?"

At the end, they saw a short story about Ireland because it's the new country they are working on in Inquiry. 

In the afternoon, I was in year 5 (CM2). I was really intereting. It's a bilingual class and it was a French lesson about "le plus-que-parfait". A student made a presentation about his holidays in France with his family. 

At the end, all students were finishing they drawing of the Eiffel Tour and The Statue of Liberty. 

At the end of the day, we stayed with all the teachers of preps. They were discussing about their new method of literacy called "Little Learners Love Literacy". They were focusing on DIBELS for testing their students at the end of the year.
